Your tasks:
- Recruitment of all functions for all departments except management
- Managing the entire candidate journey from first contact to employment
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Proactive involvement in employer branding
- Recording and analysing recruitment metrics and deriving measures
- Supporting personnel administration tasks
- Additional role as a vocational trainer for commercial basic training, if interested and suitable
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training plus further education in HR
- At least two years of experience in recruitment and/or employer branding
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
- Professional background in healthcare is an advantage
- High self- and social competence combined with empathy and strong people skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and convincing personality with exemplary behaviour
- Independent, structured, proactive working style and discretion
