The opportunity
As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening our safety culture and ensuring a compliant, sustainable, and safe working environment in our factory. You will drive our HSE ambitions forward by implementing standards, conducting risk assessments, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.
How you’ll make an impact

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and internal policies

Conduct comprehensive HSE risk assessments and implement effective control measures

Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and define corrective and preventive actions

Implement and support factory-wide HSE programs, audits, inspections, and improvement initiatives

Monitor key HSE KPIs and prepare clear reports to drive transparency and decision‑making
-
Deliver HSE trainings and awareness programs that foster a strong safety culture

Maintain and continuously improve emergency response plans, including drills and preparedness activities
-
Collaborate closely with factory teams to integrate HSE considerations into daily operations and long‑term planning
-
Drive the integration and continuous improvement of environmental practices by leading risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring/reporting environmental performance against HSE objectives
Your background
-
Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within an industrial or energy environment

Solid understanding of HSE regulations, standards, risk assessments, and incident analysis

Strong communication skills and the ability to conduct engaging trainings

Experience working with HSE performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement tools

Ability to influence and drive behavioral change across diverse teams

Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Collaborative working style and ability to support cross‑functional factory operations

Fluent in French and English
