Your tasks include
- Independent maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure (client, server, and network), daily monitoring of the systems
- Participation in demanding IT projects
- Co-responsible as a central contact point with professional support for employees in case of problems and disruptions in 1st and 2nd level support
- Coordination of external service partners
- Analyzing disruptions and error conditions as well as initiating, monitoring, and implementing measures to resolve errors
You bring with you
- Completed training in the field of computer science and proven several years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare
- High competence in Microsoft environments and their system components
- Solid expertise with client, server, and terminal server preferably with VMware and Citrix products
- Experience in independently participating in and implementing IT projects
- Very good German skills (spoken and written)
- Customer- and service-oriented personality
