Creatively co-develop school and teaching, support authorities and school administrations, shape information and communication in the Thurgau school landscape: Is the department for offers and development in the Office for Primary School your new field of activity? Exciting topics, interesting contacts, and a collegial team await you.

Your new world

Your focus is on educational issues and school development. You follow current research and practical needs, prepare findings in an understandable way, and develop practice-oriented materials and support offers. In addition, you plan, organize, and moderate the school development process in dialogue as well as events. Scientific collaboration for the department management is also part of your responsibilities.

With these tools, you help shape:

Develop ideas in a team or independently and set fresh accents
Create text and video contributions for your own print and online channels
Lead working groups, workshops, and information events
Write statements, reports, and decisions
Build and maintain networks in the education system

You work flexibly: at your workplace at Frauenfeld train station, with education partners throughout the canton, or – depending on your preference – in the home office.
