About the job

Your area of responsibility

• Responsible for setting up including leading/operating the production machines in teams of two to three people
• Ensuring ongoing production (quality/quantity)
• Feedback in our ERP production system
• Compliance with our safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Performing minor repairs and cleaning work on the system
• Ensuring your share in the smooth operational process
• Active participation in KAIZEN tasks such as changeover workshops, shopfloor talks, etc.

Your profile

• Technical basic training - preferably plant operator EFZ, print media practitioner EBA, packaging printer EFZ or packaging technologist EFZ
• Several years of professional experience as a machine operator in a production company
• Good IT user skills
• Good knowledge of German
• High quality awareness, helpful nature, and team player
• Proactive collaboration with upstream and downstream workplaces
• Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
