Tasks
- Lead the setup and operation of production machines in small teams.
- Ensure ongoing production quality and quantity standards are met.
- Perform minor repairs and cleaning of equipment as needed.
Skills
- Technical training in areas like EFZ plant operator or packaging technology preferred.
- Strong computer skills and good knowledge of German required.

About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Responsible for setting up including leading/operating the production machines in teams of two to three people
- Ensuring ongoing production (quality/quantity)
- Feedback in our ERP production system
- Compliance with our safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Performing minor repairs and cleaning work on the system
- Ensuring your share in the smooth operational process
- Active participation in KAIZEN tasks such as changeover workshops, shopfloor talks, etc.
Your profile
- Technical basic training - preferably plant operator EFZ, print media practitioner EBA, packaging printer EFZ or packaging technologist EFZ
- Several years of professional experience as a machine operator in a production company
- Good IT user skills
- Good knowledge of German
- High quality awareness, helpful nature, and team player
- Proactive collaboration with upstream and downstream workplaces
- Experience in the packaging industry is an advantage
