Your area of responsibility

Acquisition of sales mandates
Marketing of mandated real estate properties
Real estate property evaluation
Representation of Swiss Life Immopulse in the real estate sector
Transmission of pension and mortgage business (cross-selling)

Your strengths

Can demonstrate several years of experience (at least two years) as a real estate broker
Very good knowledge of French, other national languages an asset
Excellent communication skills, very good sales skills and systematic customer orientation
High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
Entrepreneurial spirit and independent, goal- and performance-oriented working style
Stress resistance, easy contact and natural ease
