Help shape the future of our office! We are further developing our office and strengthening leadership: We now work in two smaller case management teams, each with a team leader. For this, we are looking for an experienced individual from 1 April 2027 who wants to take on responsibility and help shape the further development of the office.

Your tasks as Team Leader Case Management (50%)
- You lead, promote and motivate your team of currently six employees.
- You design work processes, set priorities and ensure a fair distribution of tasks.
- You introduce new team members, accompany them and promote their professional development.
- You analyse existing procedures and further develop them.
- You ensure that legal requirements and internal guidelines are complied with.
- You manage cases, keep an overview of complex cases and support your team with questions.
- You are the contact person for internal and external partners (e.g. authorities, specialist offices, guardians).
- You contribute to ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support.
Your tasks as Case Manager Adult Protection (30% - 50%)
- You support the guardians in administration.
- You clarify questions regarding private and social insurances and record related applications (EL, HE, health cost reimbursements, etc.).
- You prepare inventories together with the guardians.
- You manage the clients’ accounting, handle payment transactions and are responsible for billing health costs.
- You monitor benefit entitlements and payment inflows.
- You prepare the periodic invoice filing for the guardians.
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ) or equivalent qualification.
- Completed further training in leadership/management or willingness to undertake such training.
- Specialist and practical knowledge in social insurance law, accounting.
- Professional experience: several years of experience in adult protection case management. Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
- Confident German language skills, spoken and written.
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and KLIBnet.
- Knowledge of the Civil Code provisions on adult protection.
