You support us in rebuilding our open geriatric psychiatric acute ward and can specifically contribute your expertise and experience
You help implement our new ward concept and continuously develop it with us
Together with your interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilizing patients and thus to a better quality of life
You support our trainers in educating apprentices and can pass on your experience to the next generation

You are a certified nurse HF/FH (or have a diploma recognized in Switzerland)
You have experience in psychiatry or experience in somatics with an interest in psychiatry
Ideally, you bring professional experience in caring for elderly people
You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
You enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
