What you bring with you

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse HF or equivalent, recognised qualification
• Experience in psychiatry – you know the special challenges and can handle them professionally
• Empathy and patience – you have understanding and remain calm even in challenging situations
• Confident handling of de-escalation measures
• Through your experience with easyDOK and RAI, you ensure precise and efficient documentation
• Team spirit and resilience – you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to a respectful atmosphere
