Technician Building Automation and Network 80 - 100%

We are a small team and take care of the technical concerns of our approximately 200 properties. The main focus of this position is 1st-level support for our caretakers and managing the technical network and building automation. Would you like to support us starting October 1, 2025, or by arrangement?

Your tasks

Operation, support, and participation in the design and further development of building automation and the technical network
Technical interface to supplier companies and the Office for Informatics
Representing the department's interests in construction projects by participating in planning and construction meetings
Ensuring smooth operation during conversions, maintenance, and malfunctions
Support in the implementation and integration of systems into the new GLS cockpit
Assistance in the operation, support, and further development of locking systems and access controls
Participation in BNO and security organization

Your profile

Completed training in electrical engineering, automation, or building informatics
Solid know-how in building automation and network technology
Proactive and systematic approach to complex tasks as well as independent, efficient, and reliable working style
Responsible service-oriented action, resilience, and assertiveness
Very good, stylistically confident command of the German language in spoken and written form
