Main Tasks

You plan, coordinate, and supervise a group of assembly staff in their daily deployment. Your main tasks include:

• Planning of assembly and disassembly on a daily basis.
• Data entry and maintenance in the systems.
• Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and quotations.
• Account assignment and verification of incoming invoices in the technical area.
• Creation and maintenance of various reports.
• Management of keys.
• Close collaboration with and support of team leaders.
• Acting as the hub between internal departments, technical scheduling, and field force.
• Ensuring daily order completion.

Education

• You have completed training in a commercial field or retail with professional experience.

Profile

• You possess organisational and planning skills.
• You are resilient, assertive, and think in a networked and analytical manner.
• You work independently, have a quick grasp, and are flexible.
• You are a team player, communicative, and work responsibly.
• You speak business fluent German and French; English skills are an advantage.
