Tasks to be done
- Manage projects in the field of tile coverings independently – from new construction to renovation
- Planning, deployment scheduling and site organisation
- Advise customers, prepare offers and support acquisition
- Pre-measurements, measurements, billing as well as budget and cost control
- Ensure quality, occupational safety and health protection
- Support department management and deputise for the 5-member team in their absence
- Jointly develop processes and solutions further
Your skills and strengths
- Training as a Certified Tiler
- Further training as a federally certified tiling foreman
- Experience in independent project management
- Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility
- Confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Team spirit, initiative and a solution-oriented working style
