Job Description

Context

As part of development, evolution, and maintenance projects of IT solutions, our client is looking for a QA & Testing Consultant to ensure the quality, compliance, and robustness of applications throughout their lifecycle.

Main missions

• Define and implement the testing strategy.
• Prepare and maintain test repositories and data sets.
• Design, write, and execute functional and technical test cases.
• Participate in integration, validation, non-regression, and exploratory testing.
• Identify, qualify, and track anomalies until resolution.
• Produce campaign reports and quality indicators.
• Contribute to test automation and the industrialisation of quality controls.
• Participate in performance and load testing when necessary.
• Support project and business teams in validation activities.

Qualifications

Desired profile

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and application testing.
• Good mastery of designing and executing functional and technical tests.
• Experience in anomaly tracking and quality reporting.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or V-Model environments.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as XRay or Octane.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Appreciated skills

• Test automation (Selenium, Java, UFT).
• Performance and load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, VuGen).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps approaches.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
