This is what you do...
- Carry out repairs, overhauls, and maintenance work on technically demanding recycling and operational plants
- Take on all locksmith, assembly, and repair work on our operational plants
- Implement extensions and conversions on existing as well as new plants according to technical specifications and in cooperation with engineering
- Actively support the annual shredder and plant overhauls
- Perform professional welding work as well as conventional machining such as turning, drilling, and milling
- Take care of the maintenance and upkeep of machines, vehicles, containers, and building parts
- Manufacture mechanical spare and wear parts independently
- Take responsibility for the recording, inspection, and maintenance of empty containers
- Analyse mechanical faults and ensure a quick and sustainable resolution
This is what you bring with you...
- A completed apprenticeship as a mechanic (vehicle, machine, or polymechanic), mechatronics technician, or metalworker
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of complex industrial plants
- Good knowledge and practical experience in welding, turning, milling, and locksmith work
- Good pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
- A forklift licence as well as a construction machinery and/or lorry licence are advantageous
- Good German language skills in spoken form
- Convince us with communication skills, a friendly manner, and reliability
