Your Tasks

Welcoming our customers in the customer hall
Determining needs by considering individual wishes and goals as well as recognising potential
Advising private clients in the areas of payments, saving, investing, and pension provision
Accompanying our customers into the digital world
Arranging appointments and conducting comprehensive advisory discussions
Acquiring new customers as well as recognising and referring further customer needs
Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe facilities

Your Profile

Completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent banking qualification, as offered by CYP or other recognised institutes
Several years of experience in advising and selling financial and basic products
Enjoyment of active customer advisory and affinity for digital channels
High flexibility and ability to work in a team
Your communicative, trustworthy manner and confident appearance benefit you in customer contact
You score with your strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
Willingness to work shifts (alternating from approx. 08:00 – 17:00, 08:30 – 17:30 or 09:30 – 18:30)
