Your tasks

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of clients, mobile devices, servers, and peripherals
• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of client, server, cloud, and M365 infrastructure
• Analysis and resolution of faults as well as ensuring stable and secure IT operations
• User and permission management as well as administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and other IT systems
• Implementation of IT security requirements and support during audits
• Participation in IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and further development of IT solutions
• Coordination of external service providers, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Support of departments with specialised applications and interfaces
• Maintenance of asset, licence, and configuration management as well as technical documentation
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, change, and installation work
• Prioritisation and coordination of tasks, faults, and changes within the area of responsibility
• Requesting technical improvements and investments for the IT manager

Your profile

• Completed training in IT, ideally IT specialist EFZ
• Further education in IT (HF, FH or federal professional certificate)
• Further training in Microsoft, cloud, network, or IT security is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Experience in administration of clients, servers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Knowledge in IT security as well as user and permission management
• Experience in asset, licence, and configuration management
• Experience in participation and implementation of IT projects, rollouts, and migrations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
• Good communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal and external contacts
• High sense of responsibility and independent decision-making ability
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
