We at Spitex Uster, a business area of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring and individual care, support and assistance in the household. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks
- Implementing the care process and working closely with the case managers
- Resource-oriented care and support of our clients
- Accompanying and guiding trainees during their training process
- Electronic documentation of services and observations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring
- Completed EFZ training as a Health Professional (FaGe)
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting our clients as well as a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
- Digital proficiency for daily electronic administration
- Good oral and written German skills
- Optionally own car (mileage allowance provided by Spitex) or driving licence category B alternatively e-bikes are available
