Job Description
Within the Core Banking IT team, the Business Analyst supports Core Banking transformation projects and acts as the interface between business and IT teams.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyse and formalise business needs related to Core Banking.
- Design solutions with SMEs and Service Owners.
- Write requirements and functional specifications.
- Present analyses to users and obtain their validation.
- Carry out development effort estimations.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, procedures and architecture.
- Coordinate between Business, IT and technical teams.
Qualifications
Profile sought
- More than 15 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in a Core Banking environment.
- Strong experience in IT transformation and delivery.
- Good knowledge of operational processes in Wealth Management and the Core Banking ecosystem.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills, with a good level of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Autonomous, structured and with a strong analytical mind.
- Customer-oriented and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Good command of SQL.
- Ability to operate in a complex environment and manage several topics simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
