About the job
To strengthen our team in the ward for addiction disorders of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You care for, accompany, and support people with multiple dependencies focusing on individual needs, promoting self-determination and resource activation
- Through your positive communication at eye level, you strengthen the relationship, convey security, and promote the willingness to change of the patients
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented attitude
- You implement nursing interventions during the withdrawal and stabilization phase and initiate appropriate measures in emergency and crisis situations
- Within the framework of the ward-specific tandem concept, you take on the tasks as a reference person
- You enjoy working mainly in the late shift
Profile
- Certified nurse HF or FH
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the addiction field
- You are a person with high social competence and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
- You like to participate creatively in the further development and optimization of ward processes
- You approach new challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way
- You are an optimistic, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a lot of humor
