Employee Youth and Adult Sports 70%Would you like to work together with the Sports Office of the Canton of Zurich to ensure optimal conditions for a versatile and first-class sports program? Then you are exactly right with us! We are looking for support from an engaged, implementation-strong, and service-oriented person in our Youth and Adult Sports team starting August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
The Sports Office of the Canton of Zurich is the competence center for sports in the Canton of Zurich - sporty, passionate about sports, and committed. We promote youth and grassroots sports with funds from the cantonal sports fund and create good framework conditions for young sports talents and voluntary school sports. We implement Youth+Sport (J+S) in the Canton of Zurich, offer youth sports camps, and organize the Zurich Sports Festival.
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the organization and administration of J+S courses and youth sports camps.
- You support the J+S experts and the camp leaders.
- You give J+S lessons and lead individual youth sports camps on site.
- You advise the Zurich population on questions about J+S and the youth sports camps.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree in sports or a comparable education.
- You have a close connection to sports clubs and J+S as well as ideally a recognition as a J+S leader or J+S expert.
- You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing, enjoy working independently, and find it easy to confidently speak in front of larger groups.
- You master various IT applications effortlessly and are open to digitalization.
- You have high social competence, are a team player, and are willing to occasionally work in the evenings and on weekends.
