This is what you can achieve with us...
- Administrative support of the executive management
- Coordination and organization of the executive and board meetings of Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG
- Minute-taking of executive and board meetings of Zweifel Chips & Snacks AG
- Preparation of the business report and presentations
- Organization of small events
- Support during audits at CEO level
- Contact person for infrastructure and furniture at the Höngg site
Why you will succeed...
- Commercial basic training with business management further education
- Several years of experience as assistant to executive management
- Experience in organizing events
- Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Highest discretion, resilience, and flexibility
- Independent, service-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
