BUILDING SERVICES MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST - on site
- Carrying out maintenance work on HVAC systems and structural facilities
- Ensuring the operation and upkeep of building infrastructure and building envelopes
- First response to malfunctions, operational interruptions and safety-relevant incidents
- Conducting inspection rounds and maintaining system documentation
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of systems
- Completed vocational training in building services technology EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in building maintenance
- Experience or authorisation in the electrical field (e.g. NIV Art. 15) is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
- Good IT user skills
- Team-oriented action and thinking
- High flexibility
Fluent German skills (written and spoken) as well as French skills.
