YOUR TASKS:
• Prepare the weekly menus according to the established recipes and instructions;
• Carry out the necessary setup for the smooth running of the midday service;
• Prepare raw materials (washing, peeling, cutting, weighing, etc.);
• Carefully plate and prepare dishes, ensuring their quality and presentation;
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
YOUR PROFILE:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Very good knowledge of hygiene standards;
• Organisational skills, rigour and attention to detail;
• Team spirit and good adaptability;
• Good stress resistance and ability to manage priorities.

• Supervise and coordinate the catering team with good human and operational management;
• Participate in the creation of new innovative products adapted to the needs of our clientele;

• Use computer tools for order tracking, stock management and planning.

• Proven experience in a similar position;
