What You Will Achieve With Us

The core of your job is the straightforward support of our customers in the event of an accident or illness – from registration to completion.

You bring your expertise and commitment to personal injury cases. In doing so, you convey security and reliability to our customers during a claim.

You maintain close communication with your team as well as with all parties involved in the claim.

What You Bring

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in claims handling (personal injury)
• Enjoyment in contact and support of customers in the event of a claim
• Independent working style, high motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
