Your main tasks:

• Ensuring the maintenance of building technology systems and installations
• Independent, timely maintenance, inspection, and repair work
• Point of contact for customers (e.g., owners, users, and operators)
• Identifying weaknesses and threats to operational safety
• Acceptance and handover of new systems on behalf of our customers
• Compiling costs for offers for repairs, operational adjustments
• Administrative tasks such as system history, maintenance logs, management reports, system assessments, defect lists, etc.

Your profile:

• Completed basic training in the field of refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, building, or electrical engineering
• Further training as a maintenance specialist  
• Strong understanding of complex trades and systems in building technology
• Several years of professional experience in building technology in the field: refrigeration and heat pump technology, ventilation-air conditioning
• Experience in maintenance and service activities (on-call service)
• Possession of connection approval NIV Art. 15 is an advantage
