Concrete Plant Operator

Your responsibilities

As part of this role, you will notably be required to:

• Ensure the proper functioning of the plant and oversee the smooth running of production.

• Manage the supply and loading of various raw materials, including cement, concrete, and bituminous mixtures.

• Configure the installations according to production needs: quantities, dosages, and mixes.

• Carry out the necessary checks before and during the start-up of equipment.

• Regularly monitor the various operating parameters of the plant.

• Control stock levels and monitor raw materials using computer tools.

• Detect any anomalies or breakdowns and intervene promptly according to established procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and current standards.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience as a concrete plant operator in Switzerland.

• You have a good knowledge of the materials used in the manufacture of concrete and aggregates.

• You understand the different stages and requirements related to production.

• You are autonomous, versatile, and capable of working independently.

• You have good mechanical knowledge and are comfortable with technical equipment.

• You place great importance on safety and adherence to procedures.
