For a non-profit Spitex in the Bern region, we are looking for a Spitex Manager 80-100%. Around 30 employees belong to the area of responsibility. The focus of the role is on strategic, operational and professional leadership as well as the further development and modernisation of the Spitex area.

Here you shape more than just duty rosters

• Take over the strategic, operational and professional leadership of the Spitex area and specifically develop structures and services further
• Be responsible for staffing planning and personnel deployment while ensuring high care quality and its continuous development
• Carry budget responsibility and ensure a needs-based and economical use of available resources
• Implement concepts and processes, lead improvement, automation and digitalisation projects and represent the area to internal and external partners

This is what you bring to this leadership role

• Diploma as a HF/FH qualified nurse as well as further training in leadership and business administration
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in Spitex or a comparable leadership function
• Strong understanding of care and enjoyment in actively driving change and further development
• Structured and solution-oriented working style as well as organisational and communication skills
