These are your tasks

• Economic deployment planning of our service technicians and meter readers
• Coordination and agreements with caretakers, administrations, residents, owners, and installers
• Scheduling of readings, renewal projects, service orders, or commissioning
• Technical, telephone customer consultations
• Ongoing monitoring of appointment and order situation

• Commercial training with a technical flair or technical vocational training with further education in the commercial field
• High customer orientation, reliability, and team spirit
• Likeable, communicative manner and enjoyment in dealing with customers
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• Personally, you convince through independent working style and resilience
