Job Description

• Patient registration/appointment scheduling, patient admission
• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Preparation of general correspondence
• Workplace X-ray Institute Seeland (main focus) and Bern (temporary help)

• Responsible, flexible and committed personality
• Neat, courteous appearance
• Positive demeanour and high social competence
• Very good German and French skills, spoken and written

Professional Profile

• Completed training as medical secretary or MPA
• Several years of experience in a medical practice or clinic
• Very good knowledge of medical terminology
• Courteous, positive interaction with the patients entrusted to us
• Independent, efficient and reliable working style
