What you can achieve: 

- You are responsible for transforming our high-quality ingredients into exceptional beer while adhering to quality standards and our production standards
- You supervise and keep the brewing equipment in a functional state by performing regular checks and regularly maintaining our equipment and work environments 
- You carefully monitor every step of the brewing process to ensure the consistency and quality of our products - You follow hygiene and safety regulations
- You cover for other production departments
- You actively participate in tastings and sensory analyses to identify possible improvements
 
Your background:

- A professional training as a brewer, master brewer or food technologist with experience in the brewing industry.
- Several years of experience in breweries or food production companies; operating process control systems is familiar to you.
- Independence and proactivity are required to succeed in this position - You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and are willing to work in a team and in a 3-shift system
- You show genuine commitment to constructively participate in the continuous improvement process
- You speak German or French, or you are willing to learn French, with proficiency in both languages being a plus. English is an advantage.

- You carefully monitor each step of the brewing process to guarantee the consistency and quality of our products. - You comply with hygiene and safety instructions.
- You provide cover in other production departments.
- You actively participate in tasting and sensory analysis to identify potential improvements.
 
Your profile: 

- Professional training as a brewer, master brewer or food technologist with experience in the brewing sector.
- Several years of experience in breweries or food production companies.
- Autonomy and proactivity are necessary to succeed in this role. - You demonstrate great flexibility and are willing to work in a team and in shift work.
- You show real commitment to constructively participate in the continuous improvement process.
- You master French or German, mastery of both languages is a plus. English is an asset.
