Real Estate Broker in the Martigny and Central Valais Region

? Your mission:

As a real estate broker, you will be the key intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and acquiring mandates: identifying sales opportunities and assisting owners in evaluating their property.
• Advising and supporting: guiding buyers throughout the acquisition process.
• Negotiating and finalising transactions: conducting discussions with owners and ensuring the smooth progress of the sale.

? Profile sought:

• Excellent communication skills and ease in interpersonal relations.
• Strong autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ideally, experience in sales (real estate, insurance, banking or equivalent experience).
• Strong motivation to succeed in real estate.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Minimum desired age: 28 years (exceptions possible)
