About the job
For my client, a financial service provider in the areas of investment, retirement, mortgages, taxes and insurance, we are looking for a personality with seniority and experience in mandate payroll. You will support the expansion of the department through your focus on operational business. You maintain and advise national and international clients and represent a well-known employer in the Zurich area as;

Your Tasks
- Operational collaboration across clients in the areas of payroll and fiduciary services (including expats and shadow accounting, shares / stock options)
- Deputising for the Head of Payroll as appropriate
- Ensuring that all legally required notifications, registrations and deregistrations as well as change notifications to AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, NBU, KTG and other carriers are submitted on time and correctly
- Proactive monitoring and implementation of all legal changes in social insurance, withholding tax etc.
- Advising clients on questions regarding withholding tax, permits, maternity compensation, family allowances etc. in DE & EN
- Expansion of services, processes and structures (creation and monitoring)
- Close cooperation with the factoring / billing team
Your Profile
- Experience in mandate payroll, experience in international compensation (expats and shadow accounting, shares / stock options).
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll, taxes, social insurance and labour law,
- Abacus knowledge is an advantage, IT and system affinity, good knowledge of Excel
- The will and understanding to expand processes and services and the ability to communicate project steps and budgets to management
- Responsibility, independent working and strong self-organisation skills
- Native German speaker, English level C1
