Workshop & Maintenance Employee 100%

Your main tasks

• Independent maintenance and care of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
• Carrying out repairs on equipment, gate systems, and furniture
• Site maintenance and upkeep of green areas
• Inspection and servicing of technical equipment
• Supervision of sprinkler systems and wood chip heating
• Conducting and documenting inspections
• Assistance with minor conversions and infrastructural projects
• Support at other Kuratle Group locations as needed

Your profile

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ or a basic craft/technical education with several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in building maintenance, housekeeping, or facility management, preferably in an industrial environment
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Good understanding of building technology, infrastructure, and technical systems including electronics
• High quality and safety awareness
• Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality
• Driving licence category B
• Residence in the Zurzach, Laufenburg, or Brugg district
• Willingness for on-call duty and special assignments (e.g. winter service)
