About the job

• You proactively manage the agenda of our EVP Europe and set priorities with business requirements and strategic goals in mind.
• You coordinate appointments, travel and administrative tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day processes.
• You prepare meetings, workshops and committee sessions, both in terms of content and organization.
• You create compelling presentations, analyses and decision-making documents in close collaboration with the Leadership Team.
• You coordinate cross-functional and cross-country topics within the Europe division.
• You support the planning and coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities at divisional management level.
• You organize international events and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• You have several years of experience as an Executive Assistant at executive management, divisional management or group management level.
• You are used to setting priorities in a dynamic international environment and managing several topics in parallel.
• You work in a highly structured, reliable and accurate way, even under pressure.
• You demonstrate strong discretion, professional judgement and a high sense of responsibility.
• You think ahead, quickly recognize connections and prepare decisions proactively and appropriately for the target audience.
• You create professional presentations and high-quality management documents.
• You communicate professionally in German and English.
