As the first point of contact at Limmi, the Service Point takes on a central hub function: You provide personal, telephone and email advice, coordinate access, mobility, keys, rooms and infrastructure, and ensure a smooth operational daily routine in close cooperation with internal interfaces.
This is where you get involved
- responsible for internal and external customer concerns in the Service Point area
- managing the access system (assigning access profiles, issuing badges, data maintenance)
- in the mobility concept (assigning parking profiles and handling fines)
- managing the cloakrooms
- implementing signage in daily operations (e.g. door labels)
- coordinating and managing meeting rooms for internal and external customers
- organising and managing media administration as well as the administrative archive
Additional tasks:
- Assisting in reception/telephone switchboard as needed
- Representing the Head of the Personnel House during their absence
You
- have completed basic training in the commercial sector or in facility management
- already have professional experience and/or further training, preferably in healthcare
- possess high social competence with a pronounced service and customer-oriented attitude, assertiveness and enjoyment in dealing with different people
- have experience in the use and support of relevant operational applications such as Kaba Exos, Navision, PEP, Maximo
- work independently and precisely and are able to keep a cool head and prioritise tasks during demanding phases
- have a networked way of thinking and technical affinity
- are a strong communicator, present professionally and have a confident command of German, both spoken and written
