Facility Management Staff Unit 80 – 100 %

YOUR TASKS IN THIS ROLE ARE:

• the standardised procurement as well as contract and warranty management.
• support during commissioning and acceptance.
• leading, managing and further developing the key and badge management.
• maintaining the CAFM system.
• leading optimisation projects with internal and external partners. 
• contributing to the further development of property standards in the facility management subject areas.
• administrative support in the training of apprentices as facility management specialists.
• deputising for the Head of Facility Management during their absence.

YOUR PROFILE FITS EXCELLENTLY IF YOU:

• have a basic construction or technical education.
• have further training in facility management or business administration and project management at FH or HF level.
• ideally have gained initial professional experience in a comparable environment.
• contribute to the further development of the area with your commitment, strong service orientation and reliable manner.
• work independently, efficiently and solution-oriented.
• have good PC user skills.
