About the job

• You take over the recording and checking of the container notes and ensure a correct data basis.
• Monthly, you reconcile the balances of our transport equipment with customers, suppliers and other partners.
• You prepare the balance lists and container proofs and take care of their dispatch.
• You carefully check incoming balance confirmations and, if necessary, prepare the invoicing of various transport equipment.
• As a central contact and coordination point, you support internal and external contacts with questions about the balances and processes of our load carriers.
• With evaluations, invoice postings and other administrative tasks, you support smooth operations and the further development of our THM pool.

• You have a commercial or logistical basic education, for example in the commercial sector, logistics, retail or as a driver.
• Ideally, you already have experience in logistics, freight forwarding, dispatch or a comparable administrative function.
• Numbers, lists and reconciliations do not deter you - on the contrary: you like to work precisely, structured and reliably.
• You are confident with common Microsoft Office applications and experience with SAP is an advantage for you.
• You enjoy communicating with different internal and external contacts and keep an overview even with several open topics.
• You have a good command of German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and/or Italian is desirable for this role and supports you in exchanging with our various contacts.
