Health Specialist EFZ Night Shift (m/f/i) 40-100%

• You are responsible for professional and individual care and support of our residents.
• You recognise emergency situations early and manage them confidently together with the person in charge of the house.
• You actively assist with daily care – always guided by the kinaesthetic approach – and engage in supporting and training our apprentices.
• You take on the daily responsibility of the department during the early or late shift.
• You independently, carefully, and thoroughly maintain the electronic care documentation.
• You conduct RAI assessments professionally and derive nursing measures from them.

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Pride in your important, meaningful, and versatile profession

• Good oral and written German skills
