About the job

Your tasks:

• You evaluate, develop, and implement processes and standards for quality assurance and improvement for all operational areas such as care and support, gastronomy, housekeeping, administration, and facility management
• You accompany and support employees in change processes and lead project and working groups
• You are co-responsible for the development of a process-oriented management system
• Preparation and execution of internal audits
• You pursue the goal of ISO certification

We expect from you:

• Certified nurse HF/FH
• Further training and professional experience in quality management desired
• Strong professional, social, and self-competence
• If possible, professional experience in long-term care
• Independent and responsible work
• Good to very good business management knowledge
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Project and process management skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
