You have several years of experience in healthcare and want to continue using your expertise meaningfully – in a varied role with a lot of personal responsibility, flexible working hours and no night shifts?

For our Spitex DAHEIM AM BESTEN GMBH we are looking for an experienced individual for organisational, coordinative and professional support tasks in the Basel region.

Your tasks

• Coordination and organisation of the assignments of our live-in carers.
• Professionally accompany and advise employees and clients in everyday care.
• Creation and updating of care documentation.
• Advice and support for clients and their relatives.
• Collaboration with doctors, therapists and other professionals.
• Contribute to reliable and high-quality care of our clients.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare
• Ideally a qualification as a certified nurse
• Healthcare professionals with other qualifications are also welcome
• Organisational skills and enjoyment of coordination
• Independent, reliable and responsible working style
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Driving licence and willingness to travel in the Basel region (BL, BS, SO, AG)
