Your Tasks

• You actively contribute to the implementation of our corporate strategy and are significantly involved in achieving budget and cost targets
• With joy and enthusiasm, you successfully execute our processes and work techniques in the SPAR market
• You take responsibility for personnel management and development of our team and promote their growth and motivation
• You inspire our customers with your extensive product knowledge and ensure that every purchase becomes an unforgettable experience
• You ensure that daily business runs smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are always maintained
• You take care of orders and monitor stock levels so that sufficient goods are always available

Your Profile

• You have completed training in the food sector and bring several years of professional experience – leadership experience is a plus
• Your high social and professional competence makes you a valued contact person
• You inspire with your active and convincing manner and enjoy sales
• You are motivated, flexible and resilient even in stressful situations
• You are proficient in common MS Office applications; experience with SAP R/3 is an advantage but not a requirement
