To strengthen our team, we are immediately looking for a committed Clerk in Internal Sales / Technical Support (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Consulting & support of customers (planners, installers, wholesalers)
• Order entry and processing
• Quotation calculation, creation and follow-up
• Handling telephone enquiries in German and optionally French
• Maintenance of master data in ERP and CRM
• Handling correspondence
• Active support of the sales field service

Your Profile

• You have training in electrical engineering as an electrician or electrical planner
• Newcomers are warmly welcome
• Fluent German skills, French skills are an advantage
• Enjoy working with MS Office, ERP and CRM
• Enthusiasm for energy efficiency & lighting topics
• Enjoy contact, initiative, independence and reliability
