Project Manager Building Automation (m/f/d) 100% in Dübendorf
We offer you a varied range of tasks
- In this exciting and varied role, you independently plan and lead MSRL projects in building automation from implementation, concept creation, coordination, scheduling to acceptance.
- You check the achievement of objectives, trigger invoicing and create supplementary offers in your projects.
- In the project teams, you work closely with our engineering team and regularly check the implementation quality at the technology level.
- In this central function, you coordinate the cooperation of stakeholders in a project (trade planners, external partners, customer, general contractor).
- You check the application of our standardised SAUTER workflow using our innovative and advanced CASE tools.
- At project completion, you ensure clean documentation and handover of the system to our service department.
- If necessary, you support the sales team with your expertise in preparing offers.
Ideally, you bring the following
- Completed training as an automation technician, electrician or equivalent.
- You are well acquainted with and enthusiastic about the MSR and HVAC environment in building technology.
- You have already successfully managed projects in building automation.
- The topics of HVAC, lighting, shading technology and building management systems are familiar to you.
- You have knowledge of electrical schematics and panel construction.
- Good PC, network and bus knowledge.
- Structured, goal-oriented approach as well as enjoyment of independent and precise work.
- Initiative, resilience, flexibility, team orientation and reliability.
- Driving licence category B.
