Birs-Golf AG operates the idyllic 9-hole golf course directly on the Birs in Zwingen, the only golf course in the canton of Basel-Landschaft. The Golf Club Laufental with over 350 members is the home club of Birs-Golf AG. With the new clubhouse and the restaurant "Drop-Inn" we have a modern and attractive infrastructure.

Our long-standing Golf Manager is retiring. We are looking from January 2027 for Birs-Golf AG in Zwingen for an initiative, service-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded personality as

Golf Manager (m/f)

As Golf Manager, you bear the operational responsibility for the golf operations and report directly to the Board of Directors of Birs-Golf AG. Your diverse tasks include organising and ensuring the play and tournament operations, coordinating course maintenance and upkeep, managing and scheduling staff, as well as the entire administration of the operation. You look after members, guests and partners, organise events and, together with your team, ensure a professional and smooth golf operation. In addition, you support the business management and implement the strategic directives of the Board of Directors.

Ideally, you have a qualification as a Golf Manager, Swiss PGA Golf Director or a comparable qualification as well as leadership experience in a golf, sports or leisure operation. Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent, strong communication skills and good German and English language skills complete your profile.
