Tasks

Guidance, support, and promotion of learners at the EFZ/EBA/PRA levels and IV measures
Conduct evaluation discussions and write reports
Maintain contact with partner companies
Operational and technical assurance of the economic order involving the clients

Requirements

Completed training as a logistics specialist with several years of professional experience
Diploma as a trainer or willingness to obtain one
Completed training as a work educator is an advantage
Empathetic interaction with people with disabilities
Solution-oriented and flexible working style
Good Microsoft 365 skills
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
