Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining technical systems in the field of building maintenance, building automation, and low voltage
• Conducting and documenting inspection rounds
• Fault analysis and initiating targeted measures
• Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work as well as customer inquiries
• Engaging, accompanying, and controlling third-party companies 
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or equivalent.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in operating, maintaining, and repairing building technology systems 
• Connection permit according to NIV15 or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it in a timely manner
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good oral English skills
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Team player, high customer orientation, and flexibility 
• Impeccable character (criminal and debt collection register extract)
