A Reintegration Advisor for the IV Office
Workload: 80%
The Disability Insurance (IV) is a nationwide compulsory social insurance. It supports insured persons who are threatened by or affected by disability through reintegration measures. The aim is for the insured persons to secure their livelihood wholly or partially independently. If such (re)integration is not or only partially possible, the IV pays a (partial) pension.
Tasks
- Supporting persons with health impairments in retaining their workplace or in job searching
- Conducting discussions with affected persons, partners, and employers
- Preparing situation, problem, and resource analyses
- Planning reintegration and processing benefit approvals and rejections
- Managing reintegration files
- Accompanying affected persons and coordinating all parties involved
- Fieldwork in the canton of Graubünden
Requirements
- Integrative personality with experience in vocational integration or social insurances
- Completed training in coaching/case management is an advantage
- Medical knowledge is an advantage
- Resilient, confident in negotiations, efficient, customer- and goal-oriented
- Confident oral and written expression in the cantonal languages
- Good IT skills
- Open, communicative, and constructive team player
- Driver's licence and own vehicle for fieldwork
