We are looking for a Frontline Communications Specialist with 3 - 5 years of communications experience to deliver clear, engaging, and exciting communications around internal changes and product launches to our frontline employees and leadership teams.  In this role, you will create moments and develop internal communications that not only support and engage the frontline but also foster strong collaboration and alignment with team leaders and senior leadership.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Develop, tailor and distribute clear and timely communications across various channels and platforms to frontline employees
• Monitor and analyze communication efforts using metrics to enhance employee engagement
• Support on engagement activities such as reward and recognition programs, events and other strategic initiatives
• Write briefings, create videos and explore different ways to communicate with and to the frontline
• Support team leaders in their communication efforts by providing them with resources and the right content at the right time
• Foster a two-way communication with frontline employees to improve engagement, receive feedback, and promote a strong company culture

YOUR SKILLS:

• 3 - 5 years communications experience
• Internal communications experience appreciated, but not a must
• Experience in telecommunications or fast-paced industries is a plus
• Formal study in the area of Communications, Marketing or a related field a strong advantage
• Fluent in German/English, French is plus and any other additional language an advantage
