Qualified Nurse for Our Night Shift, 80% - 100%

What you can achieve with us:

• Ensuring professional, resident- and relative-centred care and support
• Contact person for the night shift team and in communication with external bodies
• Participation in the development of care quality and its implementation in the residential group

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF and professional experience in this role, preferably in the night shift
• Expert knowledge with experience in geriatrics/palliative care
• RAI-LTCF/RAISoft/PC skills are an advantage
• Experience in the care and support of people with a tracheostomy/ventilation
• Willingness to contribute to the implementation of quality standards
• Confident communication skills in the German language
• Competent and professional appearance
• High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
• Ability to cope with complex stress situations in everyday life
