We are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:

Key Account Manager (100%)

As a Key Account Manager, you actively shape the collaboration with our banking clients in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, linking customer needs with our banking services and digital solutions.

You:

• manage a fixed client base of banks in Switzerland and Liechtenstein and are their primary contact person.
• actively expand existing customer relationships and identify potentials for cross- and upselling of banking services.
• coordinate collaboration between clients, specialist departments, and IT, acting as the central interface.
• prepare offers and contracts and accompany them until successful completion.
• ensure correct invoicing (debtors) and reconcile the corresponding creditors.
• keep track of ongoing projects, pending issues, and deadlines per client and proactively request outstanding points.

To be successful in this role, you have:

• experience in account management or sales in the banking or financial environment
• broad knowledge in banking operations, especially in brokerage/custody, trading, settlements, corporate actions, and payment transactions
• confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• a good understanding of digital banking solutions and technical contexts
• strong communication skills as well as a confident, result-oriented, and determined manner
• a high customer and service orientation
• a structured and independent working style and the ability to keep an overview even when managing multiple clients
• fluent German language skills; English skills are an advantage
• willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
